Grand Canyon Mules

Another great day. We got an early start and made our slow and scenic way to the Grand Canyon. We stopped when we felt like it, or when there was something cool to check out. Pipe Spring National Monument- ever heard of it? Probably not, but there used to be Mormons there. And now this van full of Mormons has been there. And we met a hilarious and dorky park ranger. Aren't they all? We had a great time touring the canyon, and yes, it is Grand. It was pretty chilly too, but the kids were troopers. We topped the night off with pizza and bowling. (Our hotel has its own bowling alley- we took the kids for the first time. And I won Phil. It was very enjoyable.) Not sure what is on tap for tomorrow, but we'll figure out something. That is the beauty of this trip. We are loving every minute of it.

I have been so excited to see your post from the Grand Canyon. I am glad you guys are enjoying your trip. I have been wasting my Saturday on the computer and I don't even have anything to show for it. I Sam sick? Makay has been horribly sick all week. I almost took up to primary's yesterday but his fever went back down. Poor baby.
