Alex is four today! I can't believe it. She has been looking forward to her birthday for so long- I am happy for her that it is finally here. Here are a few reasons why I love my Alex:
*Alex always shares any treats she has with me and Phil. She often saves the last bite of whatever treat she has and insists that I have it.
*Alex is very opinionated on what she wears- it usually has to be a dress.
*She makes up funny nicknames for Sam (Chubber Wubber McNubber).
*Alex loves to watch Gilmore Girls with me. (She sings the theme song so cute.)
*Alex has to eat cereal the second she wakes up or she is grumpy, grumpy, grumpy.
*Alex loves her friends (especially her best friend- 12 year old Mickaela Kelsey.)
*Alex loves anything girly.
*She often plays with such incredible intensity that I have to wonder where it comes from.

*No doubt about it, Alex is a Daddy's girl.
*She still pronounces her k's as t's (come here is tome here)
*She has quite the dramatic flair. (if something doesn't go her way, it quickly becomes "the worst day I've ever had.")
*She has the biggest, most beautiful brown eyes you've ever seen.
We are so blessed to have her in our lives. We love you Alex!
